Instructions for adding On Line Booking System to your smartphone

Dear all,

If you wish to install the On Line Booking System (OLBS) on your smartphone, then you will need to follow the instructions below

Install App --

Added QR Code and instructions on desktop and iPad/Tablet/Laptop versions of the booking system for members to install the booking system as an App on their smartphones.

Detailed instructions

Install App on your mobile device
To install this booking system as an App on your mobile device:

1 - Open the camera on your device and point it to QR Code below.
2 - Tap "northernclub.mycourts.co.uk" when it pops-up on your device.
3 - Use your Browser menu to "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App" (iOS Safari users
need to tap the Share icon iOS share and scroll down to "Add to Home Screen").


Alternatively, open northernclub.mycourts.co.uk with a web browser on your mobile device, and follow step 3 above.

Mobile phone / Browser compatability:

On Android, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera, and Samsung Internet Browser all support installation as an App. Several other Browsers are also compatible.
On iOS 16.3 and earlier, installation is only supported with Safari.
On iOS 16.4 and later, installation is supported with the Share menu in Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Orion.
Other Browsers may also support installation.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "northernclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from northernclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "The Northern Club (Squash and Racketball) <northernclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "The Northern Club (Squash and Racketball) <northernclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from northernclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
