Dear all, The heating times for Court 1 to 4 have been revised per the attached Excel file (hard copy will also be posted on Committee noticeboard). Key messages are: 1) Court 3 will be heated all day. 2) In future Court heating will follow the On Line Booking system court usage figures Aim is to two fold - a) heat courts when players need them, b) don't heat courts that are unlikely to be used to reduce clubs energy costs 3) In future when you play a game we would recommend that you record all court bookings on any courts used (& check-in) to ensure we have a record of their usage. I think sometimes when we play off peak we dont bother to book and just turn up and play! The S&R committee aim to review bookings again in the next 2 -4 weeks.
